Warranty

All installations come with a limited lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. Our quality cabinets are built by hand inside your garage to your specifications. We guarantee our products free of defect and will, at our discretion, opt to repair or replace. This warranty is non-transferrable and available to the original purchaser only, with proof of purchase. All material is guaranteed for 10 years to be free from material defect.

Neil’s Garage Cabinets will at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price. Standard service charges for labor and transportation may apply.

Warranty exclusions include:

• Defects or damage resulting from use of the product other than its normal and customary manner.
  • Defects or damage from misuse, accident, or neglect.
• Alteration or modification of any kind.
• Discoloration resulting from weather conditions, heat and/or ultraviolet rays.
• Warping or peeling due to water or other chemicals exposed, spilt, or sprayed on the material. Fluctuations of humidity can also cause doors to warp and rub together, warranty repair is not included for this.
• Bowing of shelves due to excess weight (Fixed: >150lbs Adjustable: >80lbs).
• Overfilling or too much weight in overhead cabinets could cause cabinets to fall off the wall, Neil’s Garage Cabinets is not responsible for damage due to this.
